Building a better Phoenix for all of us.
Wether you walk, drive, bike, or take Valley Metro, better city design benefits us all.

Core Initiatives
Current Projects, and Initiatives that we believe are worth fighting for.
Removal of the 7s Reverse Lanes
The reverse lanes colloquially known as “The 7s” have done nothing to help the neighborhood out, it only facilitates those passing through, not those stopping and patronizing the local businesses along the corridor.
Better Buses. Better Trains.
Public transit is the backbone of any city, and it deserves to be treated as the essential infrastructure it actually is. We strive for a minimum of 15 minute frequency on all bus routes in Metro-Phoenix. Light rail and streetcar access should be used as regional crosstown connectors.
Light Rail has brought in tens of billions of dollars of economic development to blighted areas, and we should be focusing on continuing this success.
Utilize Technology to better manage traffic and congestion.
Simple upgrades like smart traffic signals can easily keep everybody moving, whether you are on the bus, or driving. Transit signal priority would recognize that a bus is running behind schedule, and prioritize giving it a green light. Pedestrians should not have to wait long for a walk signal, especially in these types of extreme temperatures. And drivers should not have to wait for absolutely no traffic, and should get a green light when there is nobody in the roadway.
Smart Urban Design
The power of multi-use complexes are severely understated. We have a housing shortage, and these types of developments can easily activate an area, provide affordable housing, as well as economically benefit an area that has traditionally been ignored.
Create more pedestrian friendly plazas, and places where one can just exist, without being pressured into leaving, or buying something. If anything, Phoenix is lacking severely in third places.
Incorporate a Bike Path network, and bike lanes
Biking is a smart way to get around and explore your city. Not every trip needs to be done in a car, especially ones that are just a few miles. Because we are so spread out, bike lanes can easily help bridge this gap.
Bike lanes should also be shaded via large sidewalk trees, and other methods, to protect the riders from the extreme heat, preventing skin cancer, sun burns, and help make Phoenix more sustainable.
Complete Streets
Everyone deserves equal treatment. Phoenix is hot, so therefore we should have shade trees. We should make it so it’s comfortable to wait for a bus or a train. If you are biking, you deserve to feel safe on the roads. If you are driving, you deserve to get where you need to go, using a new network of smart signals, that will prioritize movement.
Current Focuses
These are just our current focuses at the moment. We aren’t limited to these focuses, but these are projects that we deserve priority in being worth fighting for.
Continue fighting for the Capitol Light Rail Extension
- Create conversation between state and local leaders.
- Provides the public with convenient access to their state government.
- Provides quality transit to a traditionally ignored area of Phoenix.

Finish the I-10 Bus Tunnel
- Would provide an affordable but crucial transit connection.
- Provides third-place access with station level retail.
- Promotes public transit usage by zooming past traffic on I-10.
